Sevast Vasilii Vambulin is a vassal of the Bulgarian Tsardom.
Historical Background[]
Vasilii Vambulin was a sevast of Melnik in 1206, who donated a gospel to the local St. Haralampios and Holy Archangels monastery in November the same year. He was probably appointed to this position after 1203, after Tsar Kaloyan took direct control over the area, and was probably removed not more than 5 years later, when Despot Aleksii Slav had taken control of the fortress and moved the seat of his realms in it.
